AI Camp FAQs

  • Where is the AI camp located?

    We’ll be sharing location details soon. In the meantime, please feel free to subscribe, and we’ll notify you as soon as the information is available on our website.

  • What is the time commitment for the AI camp?

    Our summer AI camp runs for a total of two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • When is the AI camp offered?

    The camp is currently scheduled for July 14 - 25, 2025. Should we receive sufficient interest, we would be happy to offer additional camp dates throughout this summer of 2025!

  • Is the AI camp only offered in the summer?

    As our business continues to grow, we aim to offer this opportunity year-round. Given AI’s rapidly expanding industry and its vast potential, we are committed to providing students with access to this knowledge beyond the summer months. Stay updated by subscribing!

  • Can I begin with one week and opt into the second week afterward?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer partial enrollment. The AI camp is carefully structured to build foundational skills in the first week, which are essential for success in both the Design Challenge at the end of week one and the culminating Design Summit in week two. Attending only one week would limit the overall learning experience, and our goal is to ensure each student receives the full benefit of the program!

  • What practical skills will my child gain from the camp?

    Your child will have the opportunity to explore the world of AI by designing solutions, building machine learning models, and applying their skills through fun, hands-on challenges. They'll gain valuable experience in using AI to solve real-world problems in a creative and engaging way.

  • Who is part of the Judging Panel in the Design Summit?

    Our Judging Panel will feature a distinguished group of professionals with expertise in AI and its real-world applications. Subscribe to stay updated as we reveal the official lineup!

  • What is the difference between the Design Challenge and the Design Summit?

    The Design Challenge focuses on creating AI-optimized figures, with winners having their designs 3D printed. The Design Summit, however, is a presentation event where each student pitches their AI projects, showcasing their creativity and skills in a 10-minute elevator pitch to the judging panel.

  • How do I signup / pay?

    To secure your spot, you can prepay by simply adding the AI camp to your cart - found on our “AI Camp” page.

    If you do not intend to pre-pay just yet but still want to express your interest, you can join the waitlist by completing our waitlist form.

  • Unfortunately, no. The Gap Analysis is a crucial first step in our process. It helps us identify the specific areas where the student may be struggling, allowing us to tailor a personalized learning plan. Without this initial assessment, we wouldn’t be able to provide the focused support that ensures success.

  • Yes, we do! This is one of the key factors that distinguishes us from other tutoring services. Our team of highly skilled tutors specializes in a wide range of advanced university-level courses and International Baccalaureate (IB) subjects, including calculus, physics, chemistry, AI, engineering, and much more! We are equipped to support students at every stage of their academic journey, helping them achieve their goals!

  • After the Gap Analysis, we match your child with a tutor based on their specific needs, the tutor’s expertise, and location. We also aim to ensure that the tutor’s personality will be a good fit with your child, creating a positive and comfortable learning environment!

  • Our methodology is centered on individualized learning. We believe in gradually building understanding and mastery, not rushing through concepts. An essential part of our approach is teaching students how to study—a crucial ACQUIRED skill that will benefit them throughout their lives. By embracing each student's unique learning style, we provide the right tools and support to help them succeed academically and beyond.

  • We offer both online and in-person tutoring. Together with your tutor, you’ll decide on the format that works best for everyone, ensuring that it suits your learning needs and provides the most effective experience. Surprisingly, most of our students prefer online tutoring as it is convenient and engaging. It allows for easy sharing of resources and real-time collaboration through digital tools.

  • We are based in Ottawa, ON Canada!

    Currently we only offer in-person tutoring for clients located within the Ottawa area. However, our online tutoring services has enabled us to support students nationwide!

  • Of course! We understand that schedules can change. We offer flexibility with rescheduling sessions, provided we’re notified well in advance! However, please note that monthly sessions cannot be transferred to the following month. Our goal is to ensure your child’s learning is as effective as possible.

  • Yes, we offer tutoring services year-round - In our eyes, the journey of learning never stops!

    In addition to our regular sessions, we also provide intensive course preparation during the summer for students taking summer courses or those looking to get ahead in their studies. Our goal is to ensure that our students continue making progress, whether they’re reinforcing their current knowledge or preparing for future challenges.
